• Email alerts for new applications in your chosen areas

2. Data Sources

Planning application data is sourced from Ireland's local authority planning portals. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the data is complete or error-free. Always verify important information with the relevant planning authority.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your account secure
• All activity under your account

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at €9/month
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk download data from our service
• Share your account with others
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell access to our data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

The PlanWatch.ie website, design, and original content are our property. Planning application data is sourced from public records and is not our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Data accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted service availability
• That the service will meet your specific needs
