All planning application data is sourced directly from Ireland's 31 local authority planning portals. We scrape and aggregate this data daily to provide a unified search across all councils.

How do alerts work?

Set a location on the map and we'll monitor a 5km radius around it. When a new planning application is submitted within that area, you'll receive an email notification.

How current is the data?

We update our database daily. Most new applications appear within 24 hours of being submitted to the local authority.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Is there a free option?

Yes — you can search up to 3 times per day without an account. For unlimited searches and alerts, subscribe for €9/month.
